| WELL APPLICATIONS |
| All wells drilled in the Lone Wolf Groundwater Conservation District must be permitted. Complete one application for each well to be drilled. An inspection of the well site must be preformed before a well permit will be issued. Upon turning in a completed application, please make plans to escort the district technician to the drilling site. There are no exceptions to this rule. A $100.00 Deposit is required with each permit application and must be received by the district before the application is considered to be complete. Once a Drillers’ Report is turned in and second site inspection takes place to insure that all District Rules have been met, the deposit will be refunded. |
